What we believe

WE ARE IRON & ESTROGEN.

We're the women behind the wheel, beneath the hood, under the hard hat, and behind the sparks.

We work hard. We talk back. We get dirty. We get the job done.

We don't all wear the same boots, work the same jobs, or walk the same paths.

But we stand together.

Different Trades. Same Grit. One Sisterhood.

Iron & Estrogen

For the women behind the wheel, beneath the hood, under the hard hat, and behind the sparks.

We work hard. We talk back. We get dirty. We get the job done.

Different Trades. Same Grit. One Sisterhood.
